Age Criteria :

• Pre-KG : The child should have completed 2 years,3 months for Pre-KG on 31st July
• LKG : The child should have completed 3 years,1 month for LKG on 31st July

Documents (for all Classes) to be attached to the Application forms are :

• Application form
• Birth certificate
• Social category certificate SC,ST,OBC-NCL and EWS
• Residential Proof certificate

Documents (for LKG-RTE ) to be attached to the Application forms are :

• Birth certificate
• Aadhar card
• Passport size photo
• Income certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Community certificate
• Blood group report
• Two passport size photos

At the time of admission, the following items should be submitted with the filled in application form (K.G to XI) :

• There should not be any speech deformity, defective eyesight or impaired hearing.
• All columns should be filled in correctly and legibly in Capital letters in the application form without any error/overwriting.
• Filled in application form should be signed by the parent (Father) only (or) Natural or the legal guardian if both parents are not alive.
• Birth certificate Xerox copy. (Original to be submitted to the school authority for verification is a must).
• Xerox copy of community certificate issued by the Tahsildar (Original to be submitted to the school authority for verification is a must).
• Nativity certificate in original issued by the Tahsildar.(If applicable).
• Aadhar card Xerox copy & Smart card Xerox copy & Student’s bank pass book Xerox.
• Original blood group report from an authorized Lab Technician.
• Two recent passport size photographs.
• Original transfer certificate from the previous school of study, with the recognition details.
