General Rules & Regulation
- The school diary is a major link between home and school. It must be brought to school every day. Parents should check and sign every day.
- The school academic activities are scheduled from Monday to Friday from class KG to XII.
Procedure for Availing Leave
- Unreasonable absences will be penalized.
- Prior permission should be sought from the principal for a leave of absence for more than three days.
- Students availing leave due to unavoidable circumstances should produce a leave letter on the day the student attends school.
Leave Application
- Leave of absence should be submitted in the prescribed leave application form attached to at the end of the student's handbook.
- It should be duly signed by the parents.
- In case of emergencies, the parents can inform about the ward’s absence to the school through phone.
Medical Attention
- Medication provided by the family must be sent with the prescription label, including the name of the pupil, date of prescription, time, and dosage to be given.
- Unfortunately, any injuries caused to students at school should be reported to the teacher in charge and to the school office.
- Our Health Basix Room is equipped with a nurse stationed at school for 8 hours with all necessary medical equipment. Health Basix serves as a convenient "front door" that connects students to the healthcare they need.
- This synchronized health program cares about student readiness to learn, succeed academically, and become productive and healthy citizens.
Class Punctuality and Attendance
- Students are required to be punctual to classes and other official events of the school.
- Students who arrive 10 minutes late for their class and their attendance shall be marked in red.
- Students should obtain a minimum of 90% attendance.
Late Attendance
- Latecomers are checked at the gate and late entry is made in the student’s handbook.
- For three late entries, a half-day absence is marked in attendance.
